Leather Double Jointed D Ring

This D ring bit features a double joint mouthpiece crafted from leather with German stainless steel accents.

Our leather bits are designed for durability, but do have a limited lifespan. Before each ride, check the bit to ensure it is still in optimal, usable condition.

A horse that chews on the bit will accelerate wear and cause the leather to break down faster. Leather bits are not recommended for horses that chew on the bit.

To extend the life of your leather bit, rinse with water after each ride and apply a thin layer of edible oil, such as vegetable or coconut oil. For optimal results, a thin layer of edible oil can also be applied before each ride.

Please note the 4M size is a 4" mouthpiece with a mini-sized D ring.
